RESUMPTION OF REGISTRATION/CLEARANCE
All first year students are hereby informed of the resumption of registration/clearance exercise which was suspended due to the industrial action of the Non-Academic Staff Union of Allied and Education Institutions (NASU) on March 27th 2022.
To this effect all affected students are strongly urged to complete their registration
promptly, bearing in mind the following requirements:
- Print out of your E clearance form.
- Proceed to the Admission Office in the University Admin Block B, first floor, for your physical clearance and UTME biometric verification/fingerprint capture. 3. Birth certificate/ Batismal certificate.
- O’ level results.
- UNIZIK Admissions status slip
- Original JAMB result slip
- Original JAMB admission letter
- Local Govt. Identification Letter 9. Four(4) passport photographs
